The project

Coming from the temporal limbo, Token Ring composes sounds imbued with a certain darkness that reflect the troubles of a restless world.

Produced by Frédéric Lo, the first album « Better Late Than Never » bears the imprint of its time: it constitutes an ocean of resonances with the resentments and concerns of the moment, from which the first single « Talking Alone » does not escape, a soft and melancholy ballad which carries with it the beginnings of a darker ensemble.

The album Better Late Than Never breathes the malaise that agitates our bodies and our souls.

This first opus distills, in each of the 10 tracks, the signs of meandering dead-end roads, guided by the inconstancy of existence, of our being and our judgments, driven by unbridled vanity or by impossible loves.

Because « Better Late Than Never » does not forget the passions and emotions that guide us and agitate us without a break, until we form one with the beloved, but also with nature, closely linked to the design of a moving and unstable world, which tends to disappear to give way to signs of madness. »
